GOVERNING LAW 

This agreement is governed by Danish law. For participants outside Denmark, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s country of residence also apply to the extent they provide greater protection. In case of conflict, Danish law prevails for the remaining parts of the agreement.

PRODUCT

The session is offered by Liselotte Ellegaard and Martin Duxbury, 
A session lasts 1 hour, a double session 2 hours, a package of sessions will consist of a series of 1 hour sessions or as otherwise agreed.

BINDING REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

The customer registers for a session via a payment link.
By registering, the customer accepts that the terms and conditions in this document apply to the purchase.
Registration and payment are binding, and the payment is non-refundable.

RULES OF CONDUCT AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Neither Liselotte Ellegaard, Martin Duxbury nor the customer may disclose sensitive personal data that could harm the other party’s privacy or business.

DISAGREEMENTS AND DISPUTES

If any disagreement arises between Liselotte Ellegaard & Martin Duxbury and the customer, the parties agree that neither of them will engage in any behaviour or communication, public or private, intended to disparage or harm the other party.
