GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by Danish law. For participants outside Denmark, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s country of residence also apply to the extent they provide greater protection. In case of conflict, Danish law prevails for the remaining parts of the agreement.

PRODUCT

Soul & Frequency Reader Education.

The teaching and training last 10 months but run over approximately one year due to summer, Easter and Christmas holidays.

BINDING REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION & PARTICIPATION

By registering, you accept these Terms & Conditions. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you log in to receive digital content on The Soul and Frequency Reader Platform before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost.

After the 14-day period, registration is binding and all payments are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances at the providers’ discretion. Participants remain responsible for completing all agreed payments.

For online and in-person events: where less than 14 days remain before the start, no refunds are given. You may gift or sell your place to a suitable person (subject to our approval after a conversation) where it is essential the person is mentally prepared, psychologically balanced, and personally ready to participate and complete the education.

TERMS FOR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

Payment of the full amount can be made by bank transfer: IBAN GB41 BARC 2026 7779 0203 44. Installments are securely processed via Simplero/Stripe using the payment card used at registration. You may prepay the remaining balance at any time.

You will receive a receipt by email for each charge; you are responsible for retaining it and for ensuring you can receive our emails. If you need to change your card, log into your account or use the link on any invoice.

If an installment is not paid on time, a DKK 100 reminder fee is added. If an installment remains unpaid after two reminders, the full remaining balance may, at our discretion, become immediately due, and we may suspend access until payment is received. Interest on overdue payments accrues at the rate allowed under the Danish Interest Act. Installments cannot generally be changed, except by paying the remaining balance in full.

Prices & currency. All prices are listed in DKK (including VAT where applicable), with approximate EUR and USD equivalents. If you pay from outside Denmark, your bank may charge currency conversion or transfer fees.

DIGITAL MATERIAL, ONLINE TEACHING & OPTIONAL IN-PERSON SESSIONS

From time to time, bonus in-person meetings or extra trainings may be offered. No extra course fee applies, but lunch, drinks, and venue costs (if any) are payable by participants.

The education is flexible: you may attend live or via replay. The education is in English, with Danish or other shorter translations of specific parts where available.

Access & hosting: You have access to the digital material; however, we are not obligated to host the material indefinitely. Access is guaranteed for at least 12 months after the education ends; thereafter, hosting may be discontinued with 30 days’ notice sent to your registered email. You are responsible for downloading/backing up materials. We are not responsible for data loss caused by technical issues beyond our control.

CERTIFICATION AS SOUL & FREQUENCY READER

You may complete the education entirely online or, where offered, combine with in-person bonus trainings. To receive feedback and mentoring toward certification, you must participate in at least 8 training sessions during the education period. These may be online or, if applicable, in person.

No guarantee: Completion and receipt of a diploma/certification do not guarantee any specific outcome, employment, or income.

SUPPORT & COMPLETION

We will deliver the content stated in the agreement. If life events (e.g., illness, pregnancy, bereavement) require a pause, email us to arrange the most suitable solution. In cases of serious illness or the death of a close person, your diploma period may be extended (permissions given in writing).

If another group is established and you cannot complete with your original group, we may, at our discretion, allow a one-time transfer to the next immediate group, subject to availability. There is no guarantee that another group will be created.

If you require private or extra one-on-one guidance during or after the education, the cost is DKK 900 per hour (normally DKK 1,200).

QUALIFICATION – PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL & SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

If you mainly participate for personal and spiritual development without a diploma, you are not required to attend the 8 mandatory trainings or to practice readings with people outside your fellow students.

If you seek a diploma, you commit to the development processes required for qualification and to practicing one-on-one Soul & Frequency Readings with fellow students and external clients. Some training must be with people outside your group who are not family/close friends. These individuals must give written consent for their information/readings to be used for your assessment.

This is a prerequisite for certification and for participating in the diploma track.

Nothing in the program constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Participants are solely responsible for their well-being and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

CONFIDENTIALITY & CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to treat fellow participants with respect in all settings (one-on-one training, online, and in-person sessions). Before the program begins, you must sign a confidentiality agreement regarding sensitive personal or business information you may learn about fellow participants and the providers.

Breach of the code of conduct or confidentiality may result in termination of participation. If you are on an installment plan, any remaining payments remain due.

We likewise treat your non-public personal/work/business information as confidential and will not disclose or use it without your consent, except as required by law.

Recordings & promotional use
Live sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded and agree not to share any recordings with anyone outside the program.

We may occasionally wish to use short excerpts, screenshots, or participant comments from recordings for promotional or marketing purposes (for example, on our website or social media). This will only be done with your prior written consent, and you are always free to decline without affecting your participation in the program.

DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Data controllers: Martin Duxbury and Liselotte Ellegaard.

Purpose & legal basis: We process personal data to deliver the education, manage enrollment and payments, provide support, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), and legitimate interests (f)).

Processors: We use reputable processors such as Simplero and Stripe for hosting and payments.

Storage & retention: Data are stored securely and deleted within 12 months after completion unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.

Your rights: You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
